Dave Bacon Moves to Google

I came across this: Dave Bacon, previously at the University of Washington, has moved on to Google. Is the commercialization of quantum computing on the horizon?

The Washington Post recent article on NSA trendy much-hyped "quantum-computing" referenced, as this NPR article, two MIT self-styled gurus media-darlings of "quantum-computing": Aronson(he who professes to know everything about everything, Mucho Kuku-like) and "attack of the SetheLyoids". But they have all missed one fundamental fact discovered by Edward Siegel and Marvin Antonoff[American Mathematical Society Joint Meeting, San Diego(2002)-abstract #973-60-124] which text is as follows:

    Not new and not "news"!!! Artificial neural-networks (ANN) patterned on biological neural networks(BNN) artificial-intelligence(ANN) were alive and well long before 1980 when physicist Edward Siegel [consulting with Richard FeynmanRIP) of Caltech for ANN AI pioneer Charles Rosen of Machine-Intelligence(Atherton) and Irmin Wunderman(H.P.) and Vesco Marinov with Adolph Smith of Exxon Enterprises/A.I. in Santa Clara] discovered trendy much-hyed "quantum-computing" by two-steps:
